The Trailer Park: Bachelorette, The Campaign, Crave, Drew: The Man Behind The Poster, Jayne Mansfield's Car, Man Of Steel (Both Versions), The Master, Sleepwalk With Me
Welcome to The Trailer Park! - A weekly column rounding up new and newish trailers lurking around the internet.
As always, put on your John Nada sunglasses before the jump or...submit to the advertising.
Bachelorette
Interesting! It looks like Bridesmaids may have started a nice trend in competent female comedies that don't reduce women to weak little dependent male hunters. This looks like it may not end up being as great as the trendsetter, but my undying love for Lizzy Caplan will get me in the theater regardless.
The Campaign
I think the real laughs will be found in the straight campaign managers more so than the two over-the-tops running for office.
Crave
My guess is, if you're watching this movie, you're a fan of Ron Perlman or Eward Furlong. Anyone else hear a slight Charlie Sheen in the main character voice?
Drew: The Man Behind The Poster
A documentary on The Lord of poster art!
Jayne Mansfield's Car
I get a slight Robert Altman feel from this Billy Bob Thornton directed film. Heavy subject matter, light tone, amazing cast.
Man Of Steel
Ohhh, see, I thought it was Zack Snyder who was directing Man Of Steel. I didn't realize it was Terrence Malick.
(Jonathan Kent Version)
(Jor-El Version)
The Master
A deeper look into the plot. This better win Best Picture... if it's any good, that is.
Sleepwalk With Me
See I really like dramas that are about comedians; I'm not sure why they resonate so much with me but I really dig them.
